Last updated: July 9, 2026

This policy explains what information Tennessee National collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to lakelivingtn.com and tennesseenational.com.

Plain-language summary. We collect what you type into our forms, plus standard analytics about how you use the site. We use advertising and analytics tools that set cookies and, in some cases, identify returning visitors. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to delete it. If you want out of our marketing, reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request an info pack, book an appointment, join a waitlist, or contact us, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and phone number, along with anything else you choose to tell us. When you book an appointment we also record the time slot you selected.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive certain information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to measure how it is used.

Information from advertising and identity-resolution partners

We use third-party technology that may identify visitors to our website, including visitors who have not submitted a form, by matching device and browser signals against the provider's own database. Where this occurs, we may receive contact information for that visitor from the provider. If you submit one of our forms, or if you are viewing a page you reached after converting, our site instructs the provider not to identify you.

We also use advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok, which set cookies and report back conversions and site activity so we can measure and target advertising.

How we use information

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Tennessee National and our representatives, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers who help us run our business and only for that purpose. These currently include our customer relationship management platform (HubSpot), our website host (Netlify), our analytics providers (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), our advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), our text messaging provider (Sinch), and our visitor identification provider (Retention.com).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the advertising activity described above may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. See Your choices below.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

Your choices

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a denial of a request. Use the contact details above to exercise them.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as long as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Equal Housing Opportunity. Tennessee National is committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
