Property, pricing, and availability
- Prices change and availability is limited. Prices, incentives, and homesite availability shown on the Site are current as of the date posted, are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice, and do not constitute an offer, a reservation, or a contract.
- Starting prices. Where a price is described as "from" a stated amount, that amount reflects the lowest-priced homesite in that category available at the time of posting. Most homesites are priced above it. Final price depends on the specific homesite selected.
- Discounts and promotions. Any advertised discount applies only to qualifying homesites, only during the stated promotional period, and only where the buyer meets the stated conditions. Discounts are calculated from the published list price of the specific homesite and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
- Packages. Where a home, cottage, or townhome is advertised as a package, the components of that package are described in the applicable purchase documents. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a homesite is not included in a home package price.
- Renderings, plans, and photography. Images, site plans, maps, renderings, square footages, dimensions, and lot lines are illustrative, approximate, and subject to change. Photographs may depict locations, amenities, or model homes that are not included in any particular purchase.
- Amenities. Amenities described on the Site may be owned or operated by third parties, may require separate membership or fees, and may be modified, relocated, or discontinued. Access is subject to applicable club rules, membership agreements, and availability.
- Covenants. Homesites are subject to recorded covenants, conditions, and restrictions, and to applicable architectural and building requirements. Review these documents before purchasing.
The only binding terms of any purchase are those set out in a written purchase agreement signed by both you and Tennessee National. In the event of a conflict between this Site and that agreement, the agreement controls.
Fair housing
Tennessee National is not an age-restricted community.
